Today was our lovely Compound Christmas Bash. We all love our compound parties...especially around the holidays.
The girls helping to make food. It was so great having all these big kids around to help this year! What a blessing!
Rebecca put Talitha's hair in curlers and then wrapped a scarf around it to keep it all day. I have to say, she looked mighty cute in her turban.
The boys were in charge of getting the appetizers ready...I think they consumed almost as many as they produced!
We had 25 around the table.
Lots of yummy Ugandan and American food...we do it all...everything from Matoke to Green Bean Casserole.
Afterwards, we went around telling what we were thankful for this year and picking a hymn to sing. Then we prayed together. We are so thankful for this precious bunch of people that we get to do life with everyday!
